Painted valve covers 100.00

Im just burnt on cars. I have a 04 350z, 61 ragtop vw, 06 dodge ram hemi, 03 G35. I bought the Z and it needed work. I put a motor in it and now the trans is shot. So now I have to replace that. Someone backed into the VW and I just got done with that. The G, well its been a project for two years. I can pretty much say I hate cars, lol. Plus I think the house market is going to drop a lot more then it has. I wouldnt mind buying another home.
When I fish it takes my mind off of everything, no stress. Thats what Im after.

Right on! I just bought new wheels, gonna get a CAI and some springs and i'm done w/ the car, just drive it til its dead... I'm waiting to see how the real estate market here in Seattle are starts going because its been at a dead standstill the last few months, I want some prices to drop and then ****** up some raw land to build on...

But anyways, I am also thinking about getting a nice fishing boat and going fishing... I miss it as well...

Steve,

For sure the real estate market is softening. The Sacramento area is about midway through a 3 year downfall. Being in commercial real estate, I get first hand news of new home developers and I'll tell you that within the last few months 10 major home developers have pulled out of Sacramento, waiting to return in about 1.5 years. To tell you how bad the projected drop is for the next year and half or so is, those major home developers pulled out of major land deals that involved non-refundable down payments of upwards of $10M. Crazy stuff I'm telling you.

I'm actually thinking of picking up two homes within the next year. One in South Sac and one in the Roseville/Granite Bay area.

Good luck with the fishing Steve.

The closer and closer I get to settling down, the less I am as thrilled about cars.

Steve I saw this coming but you just took a little longer than I expected I don't blame you either, after what you have done in the past few years on the car I would hate to see it sit in the garage.
I am actualy selling one of my cars because I am starting to settle down and focus more on other things. Good luck with the fishing....lol and visit the boards every now and then.
