Fog Bulb Replacement!

Fog Bulb Replacement!

Hey guys,

Just ordered my fog lamp bulbs (GP Thunder 8500K H1 Xenon/Plasma Quartz Ion Bulb 55W) to match the white headlights!

I have an 06 Coupe, and was wondering if any fellow generous g35 drivers who have done this in the past, and would be willing to offer me help in putting these on. if not, can you please suggest where can i get it replaced for cheapest I live in fremont

just peel back the fender lining and replace it yourself.

yeah, i read up the DIY on this. I am afraid i might mess up!! Just wanted to avoid that. any help guys?!

it's really straight forward, you can't mess up anything. Just be sure not to touch the bulb, other than that, you'll be fine.

It's easy. Jack your car up and take off your front wheels (you should if this is your first time doing so). Afterwards take a small flathead screw driver and take out all of the black clips that hold in the splash shields. You will alsp need a philips head screw driver because one of the clips are held in by a phillips screw. After removing the clips and pulling the splash sheild back unscrew the cap that houses the bulb and unplug. Stick your replacement bulb in and you are all set. Also do not touch the glass art of the bulb, any grease or dirt particles could blow your bulbs.
