BASE ACURA TLX NOW WANT A G35 AGAIN THOUGH
Can't get an appoitment with either Serramonte or Peninsula to inspect constant

squeeking coming from right rear...think it might be brakes but I can't even get a dealer to "INSPECT"...!!! Serramonte wants me to pay $29.00 just to inspect...does that sound normal?

Both Peninsula and Serramonte said if it's brakes and rotors I'm looking at $2,000.00 installed...

Any other sources I can use other than the dealers? The squeeek is continuous at low-speed..I'm thinking it's at metal-to-metal...

I have a 04 6-spd brembos....

any info would be welcomed...

i dont know crap about cars, but a friend of mine had heard a cracking sound, and found out his rotors were bad. when he went to get new ones, they were on back order. :T but if yours is a squeaking sound, maybe its something else.

bob...why do you insist on taking your car to these two dealerships???

they suck.

go to oakland and get your car worked on there.
