Oh Chit! Was that a dark green 300ZX TT that the Z backed into?

 

I don't know which was Warren and which was Gabe, but the 3zx backed into the 350z.

 

Gabe owns the 300ZX TT and Warren owns the black 350Z.

 

Warren backed into the Zx while the 3 of us were looking for an escape route...

 

I'm one of the lucky people that got lost before the whole ticket incident. That saved me from getting a no front plate ticket.

That little road we found to go around the cops was way too small. I got left behind but still managed to catch up to everyone at the beach.

 

I was also one of the people who got a ticket. Those damn cops did a good job trapping us in. I tried to escape, but they managed to get us. We should start a new thread on how to fight these tickets, if possible or at least strategize what our best options are.

 

Gah i didn't make it to the beach cause the GF was not happy with this whole popo adventure.

That road is a little narrow but going through it is no problem. Unless you have a widebody maybe

 

I just mean it was way too small to have fun driving on it. I didn't want to have a head on collision.

I was with you guys when we got lost. Luckily Shane pulled us over and told us about the cops. yes, that shortcut roads were very narrow. Shane and the other M3 driver were racing each other and left us behind. But I managed to keep up with them and we arrived at the beach safely.

Thanks Shane for the great run. I felt bad for you guys who got pulled over by cops. I hope it's just a free ticket. Good luck!!

 

I was following the lead pack for most of the way until the popo incident. Does anyone know what the original reason was for them to pull people over?

I don't think we were speeding...

 

Umm...yeah we were the first to leave and got a little turned around (cuz of me ) but got back on track. Quick stop at Alice's and then saw some of you heading back then accident w/chp's, then found a group stopped with Shane. Heard what was ahead. Someone, forget your name, with the new M3 went ahead, came back and it was Sheriffs.
Guess it was a good thing our group was a little behind, kinda saved our butts on that one.

Wife and I decided to go back to Alice's for lunch. Didn't need to be hassled for no front plate/tints/loud exhaust.
Going back by that accident, the chp stopped me in the road (WTH?) he was checking me out, talking on his shoulder mic (oh crap, no front plate), but it was for the tow truck to pull out with the wreck and they didn't hassle me. Whew!! Man that truck was messed up. I'd say the tree won big time.

Didn't see any of you come back by Alice's while eating lunch, so figured you went for it somehow, someway and got to pescadero.

It was fun while it lasted.

Shane, thanks for putting this together. Too bad somehow the popo's knew about our run...hmmm wonder how?
Maybe we need to be more discreet in our meets on Driver, idk.

Sorry about you guys who did get pulled over...that just stinks. Why just G's and Z's Hmm...makes you wonder.

 

After we all met up at Alice's, my wife and I decided to head out with the last pack (Shane's group)...luckily we got flagged and informed of the popo trap.

We got setup forsure. Someone had to of let the "CHiPs" know about the meet. Shane even said he never see's them on that run. What are the odds of 8 CHP cars being in that area at the same time of our event?

I winded up going back to Standford, shopped, ate and went home.

Still had a great time. I just wish I could of made the whole journey to the beach and met more of my G peeps.

Yeah, I mentioned at the stopped group before the blockade someone possibly on here who might of. You ppl who heard me, know who I said.
It's just a bummer. We we're doing nothing anything wrong.

Anyway, it was good to see some familiar faces as well as many new.

 

run was fun I was lucky me and tony and a white g were the first three cars and we were mashing that canyon when we saw those cops. I thought for sure we ere screwed but they let us slowy pass then we gun the **** out of it ahhahaha. god damn it tony u can drive! nice meeting everyone . btw tu don't mess up my bumper! hahahaha and if u need some oil hit me up llol
