Have a friend go there for a quote and have him see if one of those Guys is using/listening to your Ipod. At some point you'll have to let this go.
Legally, it's a dead end unless you can catch the guy using your Ipod.
Karma will catch up with this guy sometime in his life or right after.
These guys are on my list of places to stay the F away from.
