Help with swaybar regrease + endlinks install
before going off to the shop and paying them to do it. Just wondering if anyone would do the job for $40? I got under the car and couldn't get the endlinks off.. Those things are tight as hell.
It's very hard to use force to free up the nuts and bolts with so little space under the car if you don't have access to a lift. I stripped one nut on the sway bar endlink because i didn't have enough elbow space to loosen it.
Which side are you having trouble with?

I could help you out for free. I had to use a breaker bar also. Well really i just slipped a long tube over my normal socket wrench and used that to break the bolt free. When are you available?

12pt run the risk of rounding off the nut flats. I'd use 6pt.
But the threads can strip too if there's a lot of rust, dirt, etc.
I'd clean that area best you can first, (wire brush...whatever) spray with liquid wrench or wd40 (let it soak in for awhile), use 6pt wrench or socket,
muscle and/or cheater bar and probably a few choice words with it. Them puppies are tight.

It was really difficult for me to get the nuts loose with a standard 13-14" jack. Once I bought a 21" jack and used an 18" breaker bar, it was very easy to get the nuts loose. If you have a lift, it becomes child's play.
I'd recommend the 6pt wrench/socket as well
