Whistling Noise.

So I still have a whistling noise under my hood under higher RPMs after I reseated all the air intake stuff. It only happens around 3500 RPMs and but normal driving you never really hear it unless I hit the gas harder and it gets up into the higher RPM range. So what do you all think it is? Usually when it starts to whistle it starts to make more power it seems like so maybe its just more air getting sucked in cause im in my power band? I have been told it could be a vaccuum leak but I havent had any problems with anything.

Right now the intake is stock and I have a K&N drop in filter on it. I had a OEM nissan filter on it and it was still making the noise...

Had that awesome whistling with a Z tube and JWT Pop charger in my 2003 Coupe. When I took it to the dealer for a used car inspection that a potential buyer paid for, one of the findings was "noise heard in 1st and 2nd gear under acceleration, unknown source." I had to point it out to the Infiniti tech what the sound was.
