I shattered my 19" Milanos =(

So yesterday, after a day at the drags in Sacramento Speedway, I headed home with a few buddies. As i dropped them all off and was starting to head home, i was really tired and wanted to get back ASAP. I took a turn a little too much and my rear kicked out. I hopped the median, inbetween two poles, off the other side of the median, counter-steered, ended up hoping on the median from the other side agian, and literally SHATTERED my passenger side rims. front and back are now in like 10 peices....

pictures will come shortly, btw, i ran 14.5 to low 15's on the 1/4

OUCH, sorry to hear that man. Did you damage anything else on the car?

gunna take it into a shop today for inspection. anyone know any shops that do inspections of the underbody. eg. suspension, axles, cambers, etc... for really cheap or if not. for free? from what I can see why putting my backup 350z wheels on. it can't spot any damage anywhere. there are a few scratches from the rims to my arms, but not sure if its a potential crack. hopefully only my rims were damaged. updates/pics will come shortly

That hurt just reading it. SOrry to hear about it, hope there is nothing too messed up. But hey maybe it means 4 new rims instead of 2.

at the moment. I'm running teo 350Z 18'' rims in front. one 19x9.5 in driver passenger and a 19x8.5 on rear passenger
drove it home slowly avoiding every speedbump in san francisco..... so you can guess how fun that was. lol ohh yrah. I did get 4 new rims. mark from ny offered a great discount.

Wait, what were you driving on? Do you think the unbalanced tire size combination played a big role in this?

heres my car pictures when i towed my car to my friends parking lot and replaced it with 18" 350z rims. WORKS EMOTIONS CR-KAI ON HTHE WAY!!!!

Ouch!! Glad you okay and no one else involved in that. 110% your fault...be careful out there

Hows your alignment? Hows your camber on right sides?
The force it took to do that to your wheels most likely threw your suspension alignment off for sure. Hopefully nothing bent. I'd get that checked out, if it were me.

When you said "shattered" I thought you were exaggerating a little. After seeing the pics, you did shatter that one. That kind of surprises me a bit. I've seen rims bend and end up looking like Ruffles chips but never seen one end up like yours.

Well, good that you weren't hurt and that the damage is not worse.
