Laguna Seca 4.20.07

Is anyone else planning to go to this:
http://www.speedventures.com/4-20-2007_event.asp

It's going to be my first time tracking... should be interesting. ^___^

Cru: You said you wanted to go sometime... you should go!
chenga: I saw your name on the list. yayyy

*Edit: going but not tracking anymore. They don't have Yellow group for this event. *breathes a sigh of relief*

Laguna cooks brakes

I cooked my G's brakes in four laps at Laguna on 3/12 with ATE fluid and stock pads. I would change to performance pads before I put my G on track again. Extra brake fluid and some wrenches sure come in handy.

Speed Ventures is a great group. You get plenty of track time and a good lunch

Aye, the stock brake pads are absolute garbage on a track. The G35's a real porker, and needs help in the brake department. Did you put your 911 out there that day too?

I've driven a street stock 996 and 997 (Carreras) at Laguna. Definitely noticed the difference in power and balance compared to my G35 sedan haha.
