How was the turnout for the coast run? I went back to Ben Lomond and then up Bear Creek Boulevard to Hwy 17. Bear Creek Boulevard rocked because 1) no traffic, 2) lots (in quantity and variety) of curves, and 3) I got to do some wine tasting on the way back (Byington and David Bruce are both on that road).

Only us 5 made it. It was hella cold and starting to rain so didn't stay long.

Shane and Armond were on the way, but we all know what happened to Armond's G. (Am I spelling your name right 'Armonic' )

i drove through there (84 in La Honda) on wednesday the 4th and got a fix it ticket for my tints... there were like 3-4 local pd's patrolling the area.... (was on a honeymoon "cruise" from bodega bay to monterey for the 3-day getaway... and yeah, the coast was chilly cold and windy....

Quote: Hey all! took me a while to find the site, and I'm not sure if there are anymore...but anyways. I was with the BMW group that was on a seperate cruise through Hwy9. We saw you guys roll by the vantage point we were taking photos at, and we were all impressed on the turn out you guys had, seemed like a never ending chain! Well we eventually caught up at one of your meeting spots and decided to park and check out all of your beautiful rides. Here are some shots I took while there.

Glad to meet some of you, and hope to see a lot of you on the road!
-Tristan
Thank you for taking and sharing the pics. Very kind of you. I remember hearing you guys leave.....nice exhaust notes going into SC

PapaChris: Bike on the left!
My son looked at me and asked if he could say something.
Thanks for guiding Group 2. The heads up on road hazards was perfect.
The stream of commentary from everyone had the two of us laughing more than a few times.

Our group went right by that stop. Too muddy. We waited for you guys a few turnouts up the road.
The nice ranger let us pull in to wait for our friends. He kicked us out after 10-15 minutes.

My dislexia stikes again! haha
I was so worried about missing the "left" turn that I couldn't help but blirt out "LEFT!"

I think the jokes came from Armand (at least the funny ones )

Glad I could help get Group 2 into the woods and out the moutain. If I am honored with being a sub leader again, I'll do my best to lose the group so the other groups behind us won't keeping hinting....."faster! faster! move it! Get out of the way!"
