Niello Infiniti in Concord.experiences?

I'm a new owner of a G35 bought at Niello. Was wondering what other peoples experience has been with them.

I did a search of Niello on this forum but would really appreciate some more current input.

It was apparently posted in wrong section so I repost here, sorry. Maybe it could've been moved, I don't know.

Regarding the chick..how long ago were you there? I'll be there on Thursday!

I bought my coupe from them and have had nothing but good service from them, warrenty work and such. As are most dealers, you could save some money elsewhere, but they do a good job. I usually ask for Leslie Weld as service advisor, she has been good to work with. Currently I have been working on the oil consumption test on my car. The lead service mechanic, Michael has been very informative and does not seem to mind my mods.

Good job at Niello

I serviced my 2003 6MT Coupe there and I recently purchased my 2007 Sedan from them and plan to service there. I'm at 3300, so I'll be calling for my 3750 appointment soon. I've worked with many different advisors there and haven't had any problems with them.

I just took my car there last week because I had 3 different "TRANSMISSION/CLUTCH" noises all of which they excused

We all know what happened with that now don't we

They are nice and seem to do good clean work thou. Tech did get rid of my axel click noise

Wow, sounds like there are quite a few guys on here who have good things to say. Looks like some of you guys have mods on your cars too. I don't plan on modding so hopefully that won't be an issue as some dealers don't like their cars modded to much.

Good info in this thread. Looks like if I ever have any warranty work that needs to be done then I'll take it to Niello. I originally bought mine over in Pleasanton but it's further from my house than Concord, so will save some mileage.

I live in the area and shopped everywhere for my car. For some reason I thought they were going to be the more expensive quote and it was the last place I checked. It was a great experience and put a deposit down on the spot.

I had an issue with holes in my front bumper and they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. (I wound up sending flowers to the entire crew).

You can't go wrong with Neillo.

I'm really surprised to not see any reviews at all regarding Niello at yelp.com or even infinitihelp.com. There seems to be some good reviews here and I think we should start putting reviews up, at least I will after my visit tommorow.
I'm having the rear spoiler installed and rims repaired. There were some curb rashes that I pointed out and they said they'd "repair" it for free. I'm not too picky so that was good with me. I will also note a couple of small issues with the car and see what they say
