Just heard the 80 to 880 is open this morning.

580 is a different story; needs to be re-built. Construction on 580 starts early as tomorrow and dead line for completion is June 27th.

I also read that the city will pay $200k for everyday they finish early before June 27th, but will be hit with a $200k fine for everyday they don't finish after June 27th.
