G35S pricing in Bay Area, CA

Hello all, just found this great G35 site. I am new to this group. I am wondering how much you paid for 07 G35S 6mt (w/ premium, tech and navi pkg)? On Edmunds.com, it shows the true value is about MSRP - $1000.

My 98 Accord V6 coupe is reaching 150K mi and I can feel the tranny may let go soon (ya Honda tranny isn't as good as before ).. It's time for me to shop a new one.

Cheers,

-- william

Edmunds a good resource. Go with invoice and plus ehhh 2 or 3%. Minus $1000 from MSRP, too much $$ to pay, imo.
Try Dealers fleet Dept and order one, if you don't mind the wait. Or go through their Internet Dept. I've done both.
Better deals if you order one and wait. For on the lot, go with Internet dept. I payed about 4.5% over invoice for my G at the beginning of 2006 for fully loaded 2006 6mt coupe sitting there already built. Didn't want to wait for one to be built, so I payed more % over invoice than all my past vehicles. But it was worth it to me

should be able to do less than 1k over invoice. lots of bay area dealerships so pricing should be competitive if you're willing to venture out a bit to pleasanton or concord. i pulled the first '06 black sedan in the bay area in 10/05 for a couple hundred over invoice with every option i wanted.

My '05 G is fully loaded and the gross cost was over $42K... but I only paid $34K for it almost two years ago, brand new.

Dealers usually try to get rid of the previous year's models and you can pretty much haggle with them. Or if you are a member of a credit union, they usually have a "car store". They usually have a "car buyer" and you pretty much tell them what you're looking for, the amount you're willing to pay and these buyers will go hunting the specific car you want. The only catch is you have to finance with them, but so what. Just keep it financed for 6 mos then pay it off... that is if you have the cash. That's how credit unions make their money for getting you the car that you're looking for and for buying it at a lower cost. That's how I got my Boxster. I got it used and I paid approximately $5k below market.

Good luck.

I paid $650 over invoice for my 07 G35S in Jan at Niello Infiniti. You should be able to better now. I saw lots of 07 sedans in their lot when I was there for service this week. Good luck.
