14.7 isn't too bad. Depends on what kind of weight you got dragging you down.
I ran a 14.368 first time I went (almost 2 years ago I think). I was on 17" stockers (yep, no 18"/LSD) bone-stock base model 03 5AT coupe (no..wait...i had clear corners! +5hp!).
That was my best out of 5 runs, I can't remember for sure what I did but if you search my previous posts, I explain what I did. I remember trying all that power-braking mumbo jumbo but can't remember how I did the 14.3 (I think it was just no-VCD and manumatic).
I used to go out to Sac Raceway all the time with my Maxima and a bunch of other Maxima's/Civics/WRX's and stuff, but only went a few times with the G.
I wouldn't mind going again but I'm now rolling on lame-*** Motegi's (245/40/18x9 and 275/40/18x10) so I'm sure I'll be a hell of a lot slower.
I don't post here much anymore but it's cool seeing all these new people with G's. Just remember that you don't drive a Ferrari (translation: stop being a stuck-up *****....one of the reasons I never went to another G meeting after going to one in the Bay) and wave to your fellow G/Z owners every once in a while

I tried both, ran a 14.1 at Sac and then ran at Sears point ( before the name change) and hit 13.7. Every little counts, it runs uphill but it is not far from the finish that it does that. Preparation of the track is what kills Sac. It always has but the benefit is that it is less busy and you get more runs, I went there a month ago to watch a few friends run.

BTW, how do you explain your car leaving on a trailer to your wife? Warranty work?

I ran infneon last night, my best run was 14.8 .354 r/t. I also had a 15.02 with .054 r/t. I think the weather had a lot to do with it, it was about 90 degrees when I ran the 15.02 and about 70 degrees on with the 14.8
