Today at about 12:50-12:55 on 19th and Irving. DG coupe turning right onto 19th, I was heading down 19th towards the park. Stock wheels (?) but what looked like a mesh grill with a blue emblem; young male Asian driver with a passenger. I waved and you seemed to see me but not know what was going on, lol.
