If we do? Is Pioneer park in Santa Maria works for you guys? Are we doing self BBQing? Or do we want to look for some catering ppl? Like this…

This is why I would like say 3 to 6 people from both parts to come together and get down to basics. We already know there is a interest even on FX and 350z side so I say lets quit focusing on exact number plan for a certain number and lets get this rolling. I think the BBQ is the best for a 1st time event. Sponsors will come I have interest from South Bay Infiniti on a few things(I'm starting to get tight with the GM he even gave me a job application for internet sales). I'm sure Stillen,Nissan Sport Mag and a few other will sign on. I guess looking at the poll it should be around August. We have to get a date that works for the parks and around the car show. It also helps the people in school to attend.

I know from SoCal it would be as far as planning
1. Firedawg63nLa
2. Hai
3. K67P67
need a few more to volunteer

It will not be easy,,,stressful at times but in the end it will be a event to follow and keep on doing...... OK? Lets Roll

Hey guys, depending on the date I would definitely be in. I live 8 miles from the park so it would be stupid for me not to show if I'm in town. I travel alot during the summer, but since I live so close I would like to volunteer to help get things organized. I don't have alot of experience with organizing car meets, but I have planned my sister and nieces wedding. As long as there are no "Princess Brides" I think I can help. haha. Just let me know.

^ Lisa add your name to the SoCal list and take it off the NorCal so that we can get head count from both sides.

I went ahead and called the Rec. dpet. re: availability and price for Pioneer Park they should call me back this afternoon. I also thought of the dinasour park in Shell Beach, I will drive by there on my way home today and count parking spots, the only thing is I don't remember if they have bbq facilities. But they overlook the beach which is great for photos.
