AVIC-D2 installation finished!

More pics... I completed my AVIC-D2 Installation today. It was a LOT of custom work to get this double din HU into the M3 but I am finally finished. Check it out. Also took a pic of my pedals just for fun.

looks good man. i hear ya about the custom work to get the double din in there. i've seen one that doesn't sit flush in the dash like yours. it portruded to allow room for the AC duct back there or something. nice work!

You've got the picture taking skills of an 8 year old, but that is BY FAR the CLEANEST, most flush install of a DD kit I have ever seen on an E46.

really no offense, the m3 is a fantastic car but.. the navigation in my 07 sedan beats the living daylights out of those 2d pictures on your pioneer screen..

makes me feel less jealous you can peel out for 20minutes

that said, there's really nothing better than the total customization options you have when you go aftermarket.. and the M3 is a beautiful car to hook up.

for the guys that moved from the G35 to the M3; do you think the M3 **very significantly** outclasses the 07 G35 sedan?

Interior wise the 07 sedan wins for sure...but everything else I would take the M3 no question

It's like comparing apples and oranges. Two different types of cars. Both are great but for different purposes.

You think so? I don't really like Infiniti interior but I LOVE their exterior designs! They look like spaceships!
