My previous car was an 06 Evo IX. Bolts ons and tune, ran low 12's. AS FUN as that 4wheel drive, 330wt was, I came back to another infiniti. Kinda depends what your looking for. I was always more luxury, and the evo didn't have that. If you want all out fast and dont mind the rattles, cheap quality of interior and no cruise control then you'd love the evo. I do miss boost...its addicting.

haha...Yup, always told my friends who are mechanics "dude, I think my car has cranks walk", cause I was so paranoid. Then, it happened and finding parts to do a 6 bolt conversion on this island is not easy.

Never by a Mitsubishi!!! No matter how good you think it looks on the outside. The quality of those cars suck and don't plan on your engine lasting too long. 5 of my friends with EVOs have had to replace the clutch within a year or two of having the car.

1) My mom owned two Mitsubishi a Galant and Mirage, both gave her so much trouble and major problem was Engine Problems.
2) My roommmate in college had a 1998 Eclipse. OMG the problems he had with that car, again the Engine.
3) Girlfriend had a red 1999 Eclipse again Engine troubles.
4) Friend owns a 2006 Evo IX, clutch problem as stated above, plus some problems with his turbos
5) Friend with Evo 8, tranny and crankwalk problems
6) Friend 2004 Eclipse, crankwalk problems

Not to mention that stupidify riced spoiler.

Go with something reliable. If you don't mind putting money into high maintenence associated with a Mitsubishi go for it.

Even though the MR has leather on the inside, the interior still sucks *** and from personal experience I think our leather is better. Theres looks to cheap and ricey. However the exterior is pretty sexy and the car has great performance for the price. If the car was made solid I would say why not, but If I was you I would avoid any car that requires me to spend money on lots of service.
