G owners that take notice of you?
#16
Remember the G's and Z's are still relatively new and very common on the road. Most people view them as Lux./ sporty form of daily transportation. Unless you have a rare car like the NSX or older classic car, many stock G owners won't even notice or wave. They probably say to themselves "why is that driver looking at me?"
Don't get me wrong, I love the look of the Z and G rides out there, but when I go to import car shows I see so many of the same new cars with similar mods and maybe different wheels. It's all personal opinions and views I guess. I will admit, I still love seeing those older imports 70's-90's on the road.
That's just my 2 cents for what it's worth.

same here. only from other modded G owners. I had one guy in a cooper drive past my car while i was parked, then he stopped, backed up, just to look at my car agian. maybe he was looking at my g35driver.com decal. lol. i waved at him and he thought i was some crazy asian guy leaning on someone elses car.

^^^+1 in the Valley. So true about many G's.
I'm usually deep in thought about other stuff and don't always see other G's, but seem to always see modded ones. I look and if they look i give a knod, peace sign or thumbs up. They usually return the gester, though sometimes they beat me to it and make the gester first

yeah, some guy in a DG coupe today on 880 north by Hayward slowed down next to me... I smiled and waved and he just stared at me like I had a monkey on my head or something... then drove away And his G was modified and he was young... so weird.

Reaction from other G/Z owners....?
It is so strange how other G/Z owners react when they see my car and yet
I get people coming up to me all the time asking questions. I believe there's
a bunch of people that drive our cars that aren't "car people!" To them our
G35's are just a mode of transportation and they don't have the connection
we do.....they may as well be sitting behind the wheel of a Buick!
