How big of a backlog did you guys experience at the Walnut Creek store?
I have all four of my rims going there next week, are they pretty good at keeping timetables?

TIA

Hey Gillian
They turned my rims back to me in about 4 days. I was happy with the results.

Good luck

I had some wheels polished there a couple of years back. Jose does great work. Back then he didn't have a "secretary" and the timelines sucked.

Last time I was there, the guy barely spoke English telling me he can't do my rims. Is this the Jose guy?

When you take your wheels there do you have to get the tires un-mounted first or do they do it there?

good stuff. if your RH are like mine, they have an anodized lip. just fyi, it will not be 100% match to the other wheels, but it will be pretty damn cose
