I could care less about parking... Ill take the G anywhere...
As for La Victoria... I went there one time after a club night out in SJ. Everyone was saying how good it was, but I dunno, I didn't really care for it. Maybe I am spoiled with all the great taquerias in SF. I even tried it with the orange sauce.
The line was hella long. I think we hit it up around 2:00 or 2:15 and didn't get our food until like 2:45.

I really like La Taqueria on Mission between 24th and 25th. Their burritos and quesadillas are good but they have fantastic tacos. They are very expensive though. You really need to try out their strawberry drink. I also like that they use avocado slices instead of guacamole. Their green salsa is great.
El Farolito is pretty good too. If I am not mistaken, they have a few locations in the city although I go to the one on Mission near Russia st.
As Troy mentioned, La Corneta is pretty good. They have more than one location but I go to the one in Glen Park (about a block from the Bart station). Everytime I have walked in there, there have been at least 7 people waiting to order. Sometimes it gets to be 20+.
There is also Ocean Taqueria. I tend to hate on this place alot, but sometimes I am in the mood for it. The thing I dislike is that the tomatoes and lettuce soak in water and they don't do a great job of straining it so sometimes you get a wetter burrito, however, imo, thats always better than a dry *** burrito.
There are a ton of other places but I don't remember their name.
