My mom opened up a restaurant in the city, Bistro Gambrinus: Beer & Grill: http://www.yelp.com/biz/bistro-gambrinus-san-francisco.
1813 Fulton Street
(between Masonic Ave & Atalaya Ter)
San Francisco, CA 94117
It's really good (and I'm not just saying that to drum up business, I've been there 5 times and it truly is delicious). A lot of Eastern European style food (Hungarian Ghoulash, different sausage dishes, etc), great seafood and American-style fare as well (buffalo wings, burgers, baby back ribs, etc).
They've also got 10-15 beers on top, and another 10-15 or so bottled.
Long story short, I think it'd be great if we could do a G35 mini meet there.

Yup!
There's generally plenty of street parking available.
Sorry Rudy, I haven't seen pirozhki on the menu. As for Russian dishes, I haven't asked about that either. I know that today for example they had Borscht (soup) which is definitely Russkie cuisine. I think they're trying to be more eclectic than just a "Russian" restaurant, so it's got a more Eastern European vibe to it.
