What would the name badge be for? No one needs to know who I am there. THey talk **** we bounce them out...

 

You ever do security besides protecting the **** on your computer?

 

The laws have changed in San Jose these past few years since I stopped bouncing... All security personnel must wear a name badge, no putting hands on people unless they swing at you, and most clubs bring a HandyCam out to record every situation... so every time you kick someone out or if a fight breaks out, it has to be recorded (not sure if that's the law or just for liability).

 

if u count keeping the children from escaping from my basement yes

 

I see... Guess that is just for San Jose Don. I know we dont need any badges and we dont need to record anything when we kick someone out. We got many cops sitting outside getting paid well to lean against their cars. We are not allowed to put hands on anyone as well unless we doing crowd control. Then we are allowed to hold back as needed to prevent movement toward stage.
