I'm going to check out Smoke Eaters on Thurs because I wanna see how hot their Inferno is because I'm thinking about taking the challenge next week - at the San Jose location (heard the sauce is spicier there)

Put me down as a tentative... I'll drop by when I get a chance, but I might not want anymore chicken... Troy, technically we have the lot reserved at Beshoff at the end of the month. However given the events going on next, I was thinking of canceling it. If there are lots of interest however, I can start the thread for it. South Bay, do you want a meet at Beshoff at the end of the month (Sunday)?
