agreed. have you tried korean style pig skin? i had that in seoul. still the most disgustingly buttery thing i've ever eaten. and i like other buttery things, like wagyu, otoro, etc.

Hi everyone. New to the area, from Chicago. I've seen so many G's and it would be cool to meet some of you guys.

no i havnt. but i am not a fan of pork skin so i think i willl stay away from that. i do like to get pork belly and make fresh bacon. yummmm

Yeah pork belly, that's what I'm talking about. It's not salty. You've been going to the wrong place. There is only one good place I've been to up here and it's in Oakland. There are a bunch of good places in LA though. You cook it on a big stone slab. Good stuff.

oh so its like mien style just cut up the pork belly and pan fry or bake it, yeah that **** is good but so bad for you. after you finish cooking it there is pool of fat

If this is the Same Guy that was at the SUBY DUDE meet, I Have a Dent on the Left Rear wheel. he looked at it and said he couldn't do anything for it. Bad spot he needs access both front and back of the ding..... Well Call and find out maybe you'll have better luck than me

Different guy.
Give him a call. I think accordfreak had a couple of dents removed from his rear quarter panel last time.
