need help here, headlight housing shifted

I was installing my strut bar and i came across this. My passenger side head lamp housing is shifted!!!! I took off the strut bar and it's still the same, so I assumed it's not the bar's problem. Does anyone know how to fix it? Or know someone who know how to fix it?

Loosen up the headlight and readjust.
Also try adjusting the fender its very weak at that point

does anyone know places in the bay that can fix that?

Did this happen to anyone here? Is my strut bar too tight that push the fender outward? It doesn't seem like it though

you can take it to any body shop but its pretty easy to do and not worth paying anyone.

and i have never heard of a sb being to tight that it pushes the fenders
