Swaying buildings
Anyone else's office tower sway when its windy in SF? I work at the embarcadero center on the 22nd floor and the whole place is cracking and creaking... The elevators are like scraping against a rail or something going up and down. It's pretty scary. I'm guessing they sway so much thanks to the earthquake retrofitting or something?
