well i dont know how the drive-in theater supposed to be like. last time i was there was to watch ID4. i was only 12 at the time :P

i dont think i ever mention anything about "flat". what i meant by "smooth" is like, pavement, non-gravel/rocks. i remember at Union City Drive-in (when it was still up) the roads had rocks and junk with weeds growing out of them.

Gotcha...
rocks/weeds/gravel would be crappy. You're right, you didn't say anything about flat...sorry.
So far, looks like only two in BA. Hope you two have a great 2 year anniversary

I didn't even know drive-ins still existed.

They had one WAY back in Burlingame but driving in there was crazy because it was like going offroading.

I haven't been to a drive in in HELLA long, but the last time I was there you didn't have to worry about sound quality. Just the sound quality in your car, because you just tune your car radio to an A.M. station. Where as before you hang this speaking thing on your car door! haha! Drive in were fun though.

I still go with friends every now and then... sometimes we bring a grill, and of course we always have a supply of alcohol!
