unless u got a check engine light it shouldnt be. most places wont check to see if you have headers and most over look the exhaust

I would not take it to a dealership for smog, thats probably one place would've care if you have anything aftermarket stuff on and one place could easily tell if anything isnt stock.

Umm...just be sure the obvious stuff like CAI is sporting a CARB sticker otherwise they might fail you on visual. Or just take it off and throw your OEM one for the test.

CARB approved btw stands for Calif Air Resource Board. Aftermarket stuff that affects emissions (like a stupid air intake ) and have that sticker is a legal mod and can't visually fail you b/c its non-oem part.

Exhaust...its a CAT back so wouldnt worry.
HFC...hard to visually see so wouldnt worry.
Headers...^^^same as above.
Skunk2 spacer...prob wont notice, but if you have or can put your cover on, would make it even harder to notice.

Then its all what the sniffer reads for passing.

Yes...as Limeg35 said...dont go to dealer.
