I can understand exactly how you feel, Giacomo. I have been thinking the same.

Here's another girl question on those.
How much of a waste is it to paint them so they "disappear"? Has anyone done it?
I want the performance, but not the screaming red brakes.
I'm not sure if they'll even fit, but it's getting time to do something about my setup.

Thanks guys.

Depending on the manafacture, you can get them in many different colors. If you want to keep it low-key, I would say go with black calipers.

There are so many choices out there but honestly, I would just do a Stoptech setup. Before you start with research, I know you are running JLine wheels. Did you specify clearance for a bbk when ordering your wheels?

No, and that's what I'm worried about. I was reading things about spacers and wound up getting frustrated. Something tells me I'll just have to update the pads to a ceramic and call it a day. grrrrr

Stoptech does have templates availalbe online that you can download, print out, and try to fit on your car.

If they don't fit, you can always just upgrade your pads, brake lines, fluid, and rotors.

A complete set of used OEM Brembos can go for as much as $2000.

^That's actually a good price considering its a complete set. Stoptech will run you about twice as much for a 4pot / 2pot combo.

I'm always a bit timid about asking stuff here.
Thanks for being patient with me.

...Off to search for templates.
