Angry Stupid dealership :(

I took my G in last week to get the airbag sensor fixed because the light kept blinking. Well that problem is now solved, but they disconnected or broke my seat warmers Anyone know if it might be the fuse, or if I have to drive all the way back there to get them to fix it?

Take it back to the dealer and just have them fix it. Hope they didnt disconnect your airbags as a resolution. to the blinking light.

My mom has had nothing but bad experiences with Peninsula Infiniti. She had to start going down that way from SF because Serramonte Infiniti closed. They serviced her car and drove it out from the back with a long scratch along the side. She had to point it out to them!! They said "we don't know how it got there, but don't worry we'll fix it as good as new." What a bunch of crap. As good as new, my mom didn't have a single scratch on her 6 month old FX. The service manager then had the nerve to say that it wasn't that bad. They did end up fixing it, but of course they took a very long time and would not call and provide my mom a status on the progress of the paint job. Unfortuntely she doesn't really have any other choice in dealerships that is a reasonable driving distance.

Take it back to them and make them fix it.

Sorry to read of your experience, thus far. As mentioned, take your car back to Peninsula Infiniti. Simply explain what happened and I trust that they will gladly remedy your issue. Stuff happens . . . Everyone makes an occasional slip, if this is the case.

The staff at Peninsula Infiniti has provided me with nothing short of stellar service. After Serramonte closed, I thought that I would never find the same level of service and attention, which they afforded me. However, Peninsula Infiniti has proven me wrong. Props to Brian Reidy, Ron Cosgrove and the rest of the Peninsula Infiniti staff.

Good luck to you.

I have always had excellent service from Peninsula Infiniti. They are so much better than Serramonte ever was. Im glad they closed and others will not have to deal with the service dept there. Plus I like going into Peninsula Infiniti for other reasons too
