If its anything like my experience, ****ty.

I realized that whenever I take my car in with an issue, everything is done to attempt to tell me my vehicle is fine and any issue is some sort of user error. It is frustrating trying to deal with dealerships.

one of the sales guys though... i was sitting in a g37 just lookin around. i guess the man thought i was just a customer or a stupid young person who wants the car and he was all "dont fall in love with it!" in a snobby way
i looked at him with my blank stare, and said "DONT WORRY! I LIKE MY G35!"

I think Shane knows better than to buy Mobil 1. The S54 engine in the M3 ONLY accepts a special German Castrol called TWS. It's a 10W60, and no other oil should be in the S54...

Sorry to read about your experience, Giacomo. My own experience with Peninsula was not as traumatic, as yours. For the most part, I usually have a very good experience at the dealership . . . Regardless of where I go . . . But then again, I am one out of many.

I hope that you will eventually find a shop to address your issues to your full satisfaction.

I heard through the grapevine that Beshoff Motors purchased whatever it is you need to purchase to start a dealership. and they will be building an Infiniti dealership adjacent to their Mercedes Benz dealership on the corner of Tully Rd & Capitol Expressway, here in San Jose. Hopefully, their service department will be as reputable there as it is at their MB dealership.

All I need is someone to unplug and replug the drain plug, I think I can do rest of it, I just dont want to buy a ramp or jack stands, the oil filter is on the top side so its easy than other types of cars, would you mind bring 6mm hex socket, 13 mm socket and oil draining pan, PLEASE?

i think your asking for too many things at once...i work at a dealership and i hate picky customers that comes in and complain about so many things and the smallest things....next time try to go in and ask for one thing at a time..this way the job will get done for sure and fixed correctly the first time...if you try to fix it all at once then u will have a hard time and the service writer will try to scare u away to go somewhere else ..make an appointment and get one thing fixed..then go a week later and get another thing fixed ..then maybe go a month later to get another thing fixed...

Check this out dude. I just turned 21. Infiniti's policy is to not allow a loaner car until an individual is 21 or if you bring someone over 25, but they are the only one allowed to drive.

The dealer is roughly 40 minutes away. There is no way I am driving back and fourth five or six times for little ****, especially knowing I need to drag someone along for a ride.

I understand your "point", but I still think that is silly. Fact of the matter is the dealer wasn't helpful at all.
