Anyone Work At Sprint?

My treo 650 is acting up because the bluetooth keeps turning off and on recently when I connect it to my car. Took it to sprint and I am on a waitlist for the 650, If they dont have it within a week, they might upgrade me to the 700wx. Does anyone here work at sprint and can get me the 755 for the upgrade instead? I will compensate you for your time.

I heard Sprint lost 600,000 customers last month (not sure if it was Feb or Jan - but myself and my parents made up 3 of those) and estimates are they're going to lose an entire million this month.

Sprint has the worst customer service of any large volume provider of consumer services I have ever personally dealt with. Before you spend money on an upgraded phone I'd consider another network - just my $0.02!

We were with Sprint since 1996 or 1997 I believe. This was mostly due to the fact that my family lived in Overland Park, KS where Sprint employed many of our friends and also happens to be the location of their world headquarters.

It really wasn't until I moved away from the area and met people with several different service providers that I realized how poorly we were treated with customer service, billing errors, etc. But that's all in the past now!

I have been with sprint since the merger with Nextel and I must say I have Sprint now. I wish Nextel and Sprint would have never merged.

I may have to look around.

I'm guessing you meant "hate" Sprint now.

It sure is. I bought the blackjack II for ATT, I wanted the Iphone but did not want to shell out $20 per month extra for internet which is (MANDATORY) and a texting plan on top of that. I am very impressed with the BJII

sprint is a LOT worse off than just losing 600,000 customers. their 4th quarter revenues were NEGATIVE ~$29,500,000,000. that is more than the actual company is worth
