You cannot take your car to Nissan for a warranty/tsb issue. You must take it to an Infiniti dealer.
You can however, take your car to Nissan for services you will pay for, ie. oil change, 30K service, brakes, etc.
As for the loaner car, I don't think Nissan offers a loaner car. It depends on the dealer.
