Yes Saturday load can be arranged, it just needs to be done in advance. It is highly discouraged though.

Of course. Me and the boys are excited to roll up next weekend. We gotta plan a cool Saturday morning breakfast or something. None of us will have our cars though, lol. Pedestrian it to somewhere near by.

You can stage and pay the penalty but you have to give them a weeks notice which was today I guess.

I am in the same situation, have no hotel and will be dropping off the car Friday. Anyone know a hotel within walking distance?

I need a place to stay. nothing is close by if i recall from the past ( 4 years past)

Viet where you all staying? can i crash your party?

ohh, yea its not encouraged for Saturday roll in but if you know the right people anything is possible. I am actually going to be in the HINCity booth. So it wouldn't be a problem at all but it looks like ill have weekend off. Got to love family helping you out!

I didn't set up the hotel let me dig through my emails and see where we're staying. We have a buddy coming up that is not showing just hanging so he'll have his coupe, and big dog Jimmy is already up there for work so he's flying down to pick up his M and roll up. He's getting a rental for the weekend. But we have 9-10 cars in the group so that many people will be automobileless after load in.

If you want to get a room, you can find hotels close by an address you put in.
