powder coat rims gunmetal

does anyone know any good shops to powder coat the 19 inch oem rims? i saw a picture on the forum earlier with the 19 inch oem rims painted gun metal and ti looks very good. Anyone recommend any good shops around San jose, CA? thanks alot

If I am not mistaken, Wheel Techniques is in that area and I hear they do good work.

gun metal or black chrome lip...(g35 is black) suggestions i am stuck on which one...

I would not do the black w/ silver lip on the stock 19's. It just doesn't look good because the lip isn't big like most aftermarket wheels. And its not going to be a chrome/polished lip either.

or you can just black the whole wheel, but then it maybe too dark

+1 on Wheel techniques, but i have been hearing some horror stores lately there.... but at least when i went last year it was pretty good.

In terms of their work or timeline?

I know they are pretty bad in terms of turn around time.

-1 haha.... I love the black with polished lip and will probably get it myself but it just looks real bad on an oem wheel.

timeline has always been good, but you know things always comes up so a day or 2 late is no biggy, but they been having issues with thier work.

Maas Brothers Powder Coating in Livermore did my OEM 18s in satin flat black and did an excellent job.

omg those look amazing, wow, and $80 per wheel, thats an awesome price, cant wait to do mine when i got some extra cash

80 bucks per rim that like half off....they want 125 per rim plus 25 to mount tires so all 4 costs 600 bucks...wow!!! u got an awesome *** deal. Did you just bring the tires in only..? or you brought the whole car in( g35papa)?
