Hello everyone, I am just wondering if anyone knows or recommends any repair shops in Sacramento,CA???

Well here's what happened over the weekend with my G35 goupe(Automatic) . While I was driving I notice car was having problem accerlation. As I came to a complete stop the car had a really hard time accerlating and picking up speed. As that was occuring my Service Engine Light came on. I havent driven it since then

IF Anyone can Recommend a repair Shop other than the dealer because we know what their rates are which is really high.

IF you have had the same experience Please help and chim in.. ..thanks for looking

why not drive it to some kragen or pepboys or autozone and have them read the code?

 

is sel same as cel for our cars?
i remember in my domestic lol sel was something really fkkd up engine wise where cel is emissions related

 

our car only have cel.

domestic have service engine light and check engine light?

 

Thanks for all of your input,, Unfortunately I couldnt wait any longer so I have already took it to the ELk Grove dealer to have to it DIAGNOSE .. so we will see what the real problem is.

Oh, by the way I am from Elk Grove...

 

sounds like a throttle body issue...pretty common with our cars, happened to me too. Got mine fixed under warranty. Good Luck!

 

yeah its both, at least it was for pontiac. cel was emissions related like gas cap leak or bad o2 sensor

sel was if you snapped a belt or something. pretty much dont even bother driving the car on sel

cel was blah its emissions i have till when i smog
