So I know Oakland is now part of Luxury Motors, but how is their service department? Are they pretty cool and easy people to deal with?

 

I have not had any problems... that is where I take my car!

 

There was a thread somewhere around here about people having bad experiences with them since the change in ownership.

 

I thought they were worse when they were Hendrix... I think it has been better now, But I guess it is luck of the draw any time you take your car in. SUCKS!!!

 

damn... I really would hate to go back to Peninsula Infiniti because of the way I was treated last time.

I actually set up an appointment with them but canceled because I just didn't want to go back.

Someone needs to open up an Infiniti dealership somewhere near SF that has good employees.

probably... you would probably make fun of all the customers... we would have to keep you as a porter in order to limit your exposure to customers.
