Any know how to black out front headlights

pretty easy if you are handy w/ tools... take off bumper (PITA) take off headlights... take your lights apart as much as you can... get a heat gun (or oven it if you are ghetto like me)... this should take the seal off... now the clear lens comes off... remove the silver looking trim piece.... sand it... paint it.... slap it back.... i understand that these are elaborately simple instructions... if this is what you are looking to do contact either ivoryGT or caskyline on this forum.... if you wanna do it yourself they should be able to point you to the right places....

Taking off the bumper is simple. You don't need to remove the bumper completely, just enough for it to hang down.

What do you guys think is the best paint to use for the headlights? Im guessing a high temp paint, but do you guys use flat or something like a semi-gloss?

In the posted pic...sandable flat black primer was used. It has a sort of satin finish to it. Duplicolor brought from Kragen I believe.

You don't really need hi-temp paint cause it doesnt really get that hot in the lense.
