Good Aftermarket/Mod Shop

I am looking to rewire my tail lights and the shop that i take my car to are not sure how to do it, but i'm sure there's a way. I would like to take it to another shop where they have experienced guys that can handle the electrical mod.

Why, don't you trust the NorCal GM Garage?

Yeah, i used the search function first but didn't find what i was looking for.
i'll look for the thread with local shops but i wanted input from fellow members to see if any of these shops had the capability of doing the work. I brought it to Audio Dimension on Mission in SF and they are pretty sharp guys and when they were stumped i started to wonder if it was really possible.

LOL,
I don't like the way the signal light looks, so I changed out the signal bulbs to LED bulds.
Although I like they way they look, I don't think they are bright enough, so I now want to make my brake lights into combination brake lights and signal lights, just like the FX. I think that would like nice.
