for seatbelt or moving violation? Seatbelt isn't consider a moving violation, good time for being a cop!!!

 

huh??? what da hell is a moving violation??? cars moving consitantly lol unless its parked

 

running red light, rear end someone or involve into an accident would be consider a moving violation which DMV has a record of it. Seatbelt is in the gray area because it's not accident but assume it will causes accident sort of thing.

 

he got pulled over for not wearing seatbelt.. i dunno why he had to take school though, thats only for any moving violation i figure..
