I just got my dad's recently seatbelt citation: $186 with traffic school. what the &^*&*$^$

im scraping every penny i can find to get me some new tires. i found a mechanic who WAS gonna change my springs for 75 bux and i had to let him go cuz i need new FVCKIN tires BAD!!!! so radiator flush isn't really on top of da list right now.
