omg...some stupid lady comes in yesterday buys 2 tires and she wants to use our buy 3 get 4th one for the next day. i explained to her that shes not buying 4 at this time so i cant process it as buying 4 getting one free. shes supposedly coming in today to buy the other two but its on a "separate transaction" i told her i cant do that deal the next day but gave her a oil change coupon to make her happy and i guess she calls corporate and corporate calls to say its ok to do...so shes coming in to get buy 1 get 1 free today.
what sucks is im going up to corporate for a meeting tommorrow....maybe ill use my rookie experience as a excuse lol. hopefully wont get ripped..
