Omg I'm fvcking pissed. So I wait a month and they order me the wring part and they replaced the wrong part. What's stupid is that it is right next to the panel that's damaged how can they replace a perfectly good part next to a stratche part. No wonder that place is slow. So they said they going to overnight it and I'll have to come for third time. Omg I'm pissed. They did replace the top part today though that was also damaged

wow... that sux! they did similar **** to me in april. i literally went to fresno inifiniti once a week!

What happened with yours

infiniti stratched your car? ahhhh....I hate that when it happened on my car too...that is why I look very careful my car before let them take over for any repair. Fresno infiniti should watch out their customers quality service.
I think it's around 96K miles now....the last transmission replaced around 57K. I dont think we need to change it much but it wont hurt to change it every 50K or so. So what is the cost for my auto transmission flush now? Mr. "E".

what they stratch on yours? they stratch my interior when they did some other interior work. they do pathetic work there in my opinion...how the hell they going replace a part thats perfectly fine when the stratch part was right next to it?


120 or so..for trans flush. but i think u should be ok for 60k at least on that?

they didn't scratch anything on my car but they fixed wrong stuff so i had 2 go in again. that happened almost every time when i went in for warranty work done. fvckin stupid IMO
