Thanks Ernest. So sorry, I have a thing for a time. From when I got into your shop and when it was done, the time I wasn't expected. It was over 1.30 hours for the trans. fluid replaced, I think. Is it your company policy that your tech has to test drive the car before and after the service have been done? I could tell one of your customer there in front desk was a bit rouchy about when his car gets done too.....personally, I like to make an apt and I would like to see it done within my apt time frame.
After all, your tech did a good job, I dont see any leak yet!! hehe, yes, I would go back your shop again with an apointment. :-)

 

Wow. I guess. I made u the appointment and I got u done but never did tell u when it was done.all i know was i told him that u were a buddy of mine and get u done asap just like i do for everyone in this forum. sorry if i didnt get the whole trans flush done for u in 30 mins. He supposed to drive it before and after to see how it runs. Maybe the dealer does it faster? most appointments are estimated time anyways. i mean usually ill get u done as soon as i could. i always thought u was more of a quality type rather than fast. 1.30 hour is not bad at all considering he had to remove the panel on the bottom just to get to it. even oil changes for the g35 is a pain cus of the skidplate.

i mean if u prefer to be fast then probably dealer would be the way to go for u next time plus their techs love it when u stand right in front of them to watch them work. lol

 

^^^ LoL... dont even trip E. Phong is crazy **** about time :-p For example, our first Lolicup meet i arrived 5 mins early and Phong was already leaving b/c he thought no one was coming. I wuvs you Phong!!! You crack me up bro.

Sorry Mr. E about my comment. I appreciate that you put my car over his car... I dont like dealer in fresno but I do like the work at Elk Grove dealer in Sacramento. About I watched over the tech....yuck, I learned a few things about my car by watching them...in the good way, at least I could see the underneath of my car since I dont see it too often without the hydraulic lifts. I guess I am just so curious about what under my car; but by doing so, your tech felt uncomfortable?? I am sorry. I am both about quality and time but that vary with job. Maybe I should revisited my survey to be more honest about it? hehe
