Oh thats good to hear that your from the NW, how do you like it out there? Are you by fig garden loop or bullard polk area? Where actually house hunting for a while now and we've been looking out for homes out there, originally we wanted to stay out here 93720 area but our budget of 200K will not let us do so unfortunately.. i've seen some very nice houses out there by 99 but way too far from our workplace besides i kinda don't like the area that much so yeah... oh well i might give an offer on the one we saw in clovis.. this stuff is frustrating at times... lol

 

im over at the herndon overpass....its peaceful. did u own an intake on your ride before? why go back to stock? i was going call napa and see if they can get me a set of K&Ns.

 

yeah i had tried 3 sets of intakes and sold em.. i also had a set of H&R springs laying around before lol I really wanted the Stillen ones and i actually got a deal on ebay before but found out it was for a Z so had to sell em.. i wanted heatshields so filters were not sucking in heat from the engine, both my fujita and weapon R didn't have it so i decided to go back to stock.. i was going to try those K&N filters when it came out but couldn't justify the price, not gonna do much over stock anyways so..

 

so its probably a waste of money, was lookin into that or maybe getting the smoked tint lights. not sure if cops in town make a big deal

 

It's still up to you though... sound is awesome having an intake though no doubt... on the overlay kit just don't go too dark i have the GTR style installed on mine so no hassles for me

 

u did the overlays urself? who did u buy them from? have a few closeups?

 

yeah did em myself kinda messed up though but not noticable

It was kinda hard to put on because our tailights are curvy, he charged me $40 bucks i believe

Oh and forgot to tell ya on the stock intake i took that little piece of plastic leading to the resonators on the bumper out which made the sound a little louder lol

 

wheres that located? i havent paid attention to look for it. i readon here people rip a large part of the box out so i didnt want to go thru that

 

It's that little L pipe on each side of the box that connects to the resonators they're at the bottom of the box....
