Was It Worth It?
Geeez, just read the following news article.
(02-25) 16:34 PST SAN FRANCISCO --
An Oakland man has been arrested for allegedly shooting at two servers who chased him down the street after he and three other diners left a Fisherman's Wharf restaurant without paying, San Francisco police said Monday.
Marcel Waldron, 36, was booked Sunday night after he allegedly fired two shots at the servers who were trying to get him to pay his bill at Joe's Crab Shack at 245 Jefferson St., said Lt. Jim Spillane of the general work detail.
One of the shots grazed a waitress in the head. She was not seriously wounded.
Two women dining with Waldron and a 17-year-old boy left the restaurant about 9:20 p.m., police said. Waldron and the teenager left a short time later.
When the servers gave chase, Waldron opened fire on the 600 block of Bay Street, police said.
One of the servers called 911, and police arrested Waldron a short time later. The 17-year-old boy was cited for resisting arrest and released. Officers are still looking for the two women.

After the news of this spreads, I'm sure a restaurant owner/employee will think twice about chasing after a dine & dasher.

One, was it worth chasing the people for a dinner tab? On hindsight . . . No! Not if you're going to get shot at.
Two, go to jail for a crab dinner? . . . And on top of that, using a gun? Give me a break!

Just got off the phone with the Boss . . .
What's more upsetting is that . . . That fool was willing to kill someone over a crab dinner. I know, people have been killed for much less . . . But what the "F" are people thinking, today?
