tomorrow is the last day to pay and sign up for the bbq...... if u are going to go please let me know, people keep saying htey will paypal me and 2 -3 days later still no payment or pms...

Wow, we only have 35 paid? and you guys went thru all the trouble to get the permit...Oh well, its their loss. And more food for me.

FYI

Due to the lack of people signing up and confirming, the ding removal service of this weekends event has been cancelled.

Chris has afforded us his services on his day off for past events but with the very low numbers and no response from some, Chris and I have decided his services will not be required for this event.

We still encourage you to attend the BBQ. Good people, good eats.

PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED THE DAY OF THE EVENT UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WITH KRIS. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE 23RD, YOUR NAME WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST, AS IT WILL BE ASSUMED YOU ARE NO LONGER ATTENDING.

btw i will be making the mac and cheese since shane wants it, and i might make some grilled steak and chicken for some fajitas instead of the kabobs
