Well, cars do look better without a front plate. However, I understand that the law can make you think otherwise.

Either way, I do not see myself running a plate. Maybe for the Santa Cruz run. Maybe.

The best solution for mounting a front license plate without drilling holes is using the Stillen adapter.

I believe the one he sells is designed for aftermarket bumpers that cover access to the tow hook. This would not be the case with awong's car.

I'm from socal I get those all the time. I just put it on for the inspection then take it off and pay the $10 proccessing fee. I've gotten 5 front plate tickets and still don't rock the plate. I recommend the Stillen tow hook plate. The photo below was before I got the kit.

Don't worry, it's fixable. Just buy or borrow the stillen license plate holder, put your license on, then go find a cop to sign the ticket.

Cop can't sign it. Only High patrol officer can and it has to be at the HP office. If you go to an inspection area its a $25 fee. If you go to HP and have them sign it, its FREE. lol experience
