Sac Caravan info:
1. Meet up at the Frys Electronics off Northgate at 7:15 am, leave by 7:30 am.
2. We will meet up with the guys in Fairfield about 8 am and leave no later than 8:15 am.
We should arrive at the meeting point by 9:30 am, in plenty of time for the 10 am departure. Shane, I know you want to get everyone there before that, but this is a long drive and I am not sure most of the Sac crew will get up much earlier on a weekend. And a favor to ask of the Fairfield guys, to push back the departure time by 15 mins so we can caravan together as one group.
If any issues with this plan let me know.

Just in case anyone who reading this thread and didnt notice the pre-ordering lunch thread? If you are planning on attending this event and dont wanna be hungry when lunch time comes around? put your orders in before the 9th!!!
Lunch orders WILL NOT be taken in Foster City, Shannon and I will be too busy. All lunch orders will be placed with the restaurant prior to our arrival into Santa Cruz.

If the Fairfield guys want to roll out earlier that's fine. The Sac crew will roll straight through. Just give me the heads up so we know what is going on. At this point I will plan a stop unless I hear otherwise. The last 2 times I went to SC and 2 times to Monterey 30 mins was more than enough to get everything handled.

Mike, set it up however you see fit, I seriously doubt with meet this size we will be able to leaving on time, not like we ever do anyways.
